１）メンバーが休みたいと言ったら全てノータイムでＯＫする。
２）ちゃんと考えられる人は、ちゃんと時期などを考えてるから問題ない。
３）ちゃんと考えられない人は、いつ休まれてもとくに困らない。
４）休みたい人を無理矢理引き止めてもいいことがない。
